David Hori is an associate in Ring Bender’s Portland office. He works closely with the firm’s other lawyers to advise municipal, corporate and individual clients in the areas of complex environmental law, as well as representing them in litigation and regulatory compliance matters.
Before joining Ring Bender, David worked at the Portland City Attorney’s Office. He litigated on behalf of and advised agencies and City employees in employment matters and contract disputes.
While at Boston College Law School, David served as an editor for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest and as Vice-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student’s Association. David received both his J.D. and M.B.A. from Boston College. He spent his summers at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, the U.S. Department of Labor, and Miller Nash Graham & Dunn.
Prior to law school, David worked at a personal injury and medical malpractice firm in San Francisco.
Outside of the office, David loves to explore the Pacific Northwest with his dog, Captain. He is also an avid San Francisco Giants and Portland Trail Blazers fan.
