Patrick “Kit” Bobko has been litigating and winning complex civil and business disputes in both state and federal courts for the past 20 years.

Kit has been called in to handle high-stakes cases for small businesses, local government agencies, and large corporations. His practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, municipal and administrative law, property disputes, and land-use.
In addition to his civil litigation practice, Kit has also deep experience in advisory and general counsel roles. He served as the City Attorney for the City of Buena Park and currently serves as the General Counsel for the County of Orange Countywide Oversight Board.

Kit is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and the George Washington Law School and was a twice-elected Mayor and City Councilman in Hermosa Beach, California. His broad base of experience gives him a unique, inside perspective about how both local government and the legal systems work and how legal counsel can best serve to help clients accomplish their goals. His experience in local government, as a City Attorney, and in the courtroom help Kit guide his clients to effectively measure their options and manage their risks.
